We realize your child or children may be living away from home for the first time. We are dedicated to providing safe, comfortable, and convenient homes for your EIU student. We live just a few minutes away from our properties, and we are available 24 hours a day.

We do require parents to sign a Lease Guarantee. Rest assured, you’re only responsible for your son's or daughter's portion of the rent.
